Advantages:

Roof hatches have high thermal insulation parameters dedicated to rooms which are not heated but it does not exclude their use in heated rooms. U_w = 1.5 W/m²K.
Functionality. Owing to the possibility of opening to the right or to the left of the roof, they ensure easy exit to the roof.
The roof hatch opened to the side has an opening/closing lock which ensures a slash position opened by 90° which allows for safe exiting to the roof.
A system of four seals resistant to low temperatures ensures the perfect tightness of Skylight roof hatch.
